Please read the following shipping details before you make a purchase on www.jalani.in

If your cart contains below Rs. 400, you will be charged Rs. 50
If your cart contains above Rs.400, you will be charged only the actual cart amount.

Tracking Your Order

When we ship your order, you will receive an SMS or email with all the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to trace your order. We will also list your tracking number with your order details in the “Order Status” section of your “My Account”. Once you receive the tracking number, the same may not reflect for up to 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Jalani Enterprises Private Limited delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Our delivery partners also provide a “We missed you” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they provide on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.
